Overview
After background removal, your subject may need a subtle tune-up. Brightness, contrast, and saturation adjustments let you compensate for lighting differences, match a target look, or correct under/overexposed images. QuickRemove applies these adjustments to the subject (or full image, depending on mode) so your cutouts look polished before export.
Brightness
Brightness controls the overall lightness of the image. Increase brightness to rescue underexposed shots or dark subjects; decrease it to tame overexposed highlights. Small adjustments often make a big difference — aim for a natural look that matches your intended output (e.g., product photos on white vs. moody portraits).
Contrast
Contrast controls the difference between light and dark areas. Higher contrast makes edges pop and can add punch to product photos. Lower contrast softens the image and can help blend a subject into a new background. Use sparingly to avoid washed-out or harsh results.
Saturation
Saturation controls color intensity. Increase saturation for vibrant, eye-catching images; decrease for a muted, desaturated look. Saturation is useful when compositing subjects into new backgrounds — you may need to match the subject's color intensity to the new scene.
Per-Image and Batch Overrides
Adjustments can be applied per image or as batch overrides. For a single image, tweak sliders in the editor until you're happy. For batch processing, set default adjustment values in your export preset, then override individually for images that need different treatment. This keeps workflow efficient while allowing exceptions.
