1. Acceptance of Terms

By downloading, installing, or using QuickRemove ("the Software"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree to these Terms, do not use the Software. These Terms constitute a legal agreement between you and Convertify ("we", "us", "our").

2. License Grant

Subject to your compliance with these Terms, we grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use the Software on one (1) computer per license key.

  • Free Tier: Grants access to basic features at no cost, with no time limitation.
  • Basic License: Grants access to Basic features for the purchased duration (1 year, 2 years, or lifetime).
  • Pro License: Grants access to all features for the purchased duration (1 year, 2 years, or lifetime).

3. Restrictions

You may not:

  • Reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble the Software
  • Modify, adapt, or create derivative works of the Software
  • Distribute, sublicense, lease, or rent the Software to third parties
  • Use the Software to provide services to third parties (service bureau use) without a separate agreement
  • Remove or alter any proprietary notices or labels on the Software
  • Use the Software for any unlawful purpose

4. AI Processing

The Software uses AI models to process images locally on your device. We do not collect, transmit, or store any images processed through the desktop application. Processing quality depends on your hardware capabilities and the images provided.

5. License Activation

Paid licenses require internet connectivity for initial activation and periodic validation. Once activated, the Software functions offline with a 30-day grace period between validations. Each license key is bound to one machine based on hardware identifiers.

6. Updates

We may provide updates, patches, or new versions of the Software. Updates may be installed automatically or require your consent depending on your settings. We are not obligated to provide any updates.

7. Disclaimer of Warranties

THE SOFTWARE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" WITHOUT WARRANTY OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NONINFRINGEMENT. WE DO NOT WARRANT THAT THE SOFTWARE WILL BE ERROR-FREE OR UNINTERRUPTED.

8. Limitation of Liability

IN NO EVENT SHALL CONVERTIFY BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES ARISING OUT OF OR RELATED TO YOUR USE OF THE SOFTWARE, REGARDLESS OF THE CAUSE OF ACTION OR THE THEORY OF LIABILITY.

9. Termination

We may terminate your license if you violate these Terms. Upon termination, you must cease all use of the Software and delete all copies. Sections regarding disclaimers, limitation of liability, and governing law survive termination.

10. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Updated Terms will be posted on our website. Continued use of the Software after changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.
