Batch Processing Limits by Tier
QuickRemove lets you process multiple images in a single batch. Limits vary by tier:
- Free — 1 image at a time (no batch)
- Basic ($29/yr, $99 lifetime) — Up to 25 images per batch
- Pro ($59/yr, $179 lifetime) — Unlimited batch size
Batch processing is ideal for product catalogs, event photos, passport photo sheets, and any workflow where you need to remove backgrounds from many images with consistent settings.
Export Presets
Save time by defining export presets. Set your preferred output format (PNG, JPG, WebP, etc.), resolution limit (e.g., 1080p or 4K), background type, and effects. Apply a preset to the entire batch with one click. Presets ensure consistency across a project and reduce repetitive configuration.
Filename Tokens
Filename tokens let you build output filenames dynamically. Use placeholders that expand per image:
- Original name — Inserts the original filename (without extension)
- Date — Current date (e.g., 2025-02-11)
- Time — Current time (e.g., 14-30-22)
Example: _nobg_`} might produce product-shot_nobg_2025-02-11.png. Tokens keep output organized and avoid overwriting files when processing multiple batches.

Per-Image Override Settings
While batch processing applies the same preset to all images, you can override settings per image when needed. For example, one product might need a white background while another needs transparent. Per-image overrides let you mark exceptions without leaving the batch workflow.
Output Organization
Choose where batch exports go: same folder as source, a dedicated output folder, or a subfolder (e.g., output/ or nobg/). Organizing output keeps your project files tidy and makes it easy to locate processed images for upload or further editing.
Workflow Tips
- Use a consistent naming convention with tokens so you can identify outputs at a glance.
- Create presets for common use cases (e.g., "Product PNG transparent", "Passport white").
- For large batches, enable GPU acceleration to speed up processing.
- QuickRemove runs 100% offline — your images never leave your machine during batch export.
